Let's get your reports ready

Over the next few steps we'll help you gather what the specialist needs to review your thyroid. It helps to have these to hand:

  • Your thyroid ultrasound report
  • Any biopsy (FNAC / core) result
  • Recent thyroid blood tests
  • A referral letter, if you have one
  • We'll also take a quick photo of your neck

Don't have everything? No problem — you can skip any step. At the end we'll send everything securely to the clinic by email.

Thyroid ultrasound

Your ultrasound report and any images. This is the most important report for planning RFA.

Biopsy result (FNAC / core biopsy)

Your fine-needle aspiration (FNAC) or core biopsy report, if you have had one. Skip if you haven't.

Thyroid blood tests

Recent thyroid function tests — TSH, Free T4 / T3 and any antibody results.

Referral letter or other documents

A referral letter from your doctor, or any other reports you'd like the specialist to see. Optional.

Photo of the front of your neck

A clear, front-on photo of your neck helps the specialist see any swelling. Stand in good light, chin slightly up.
